Steering Cable Assembly - This assembly consists of 2 cables that connect the pedals to the tiller. A turnbuckle is inserted in each to permit adjustment of the length. The 2 cables terminate in a single sheave at the transom, which fits over the tiller post. Nylon guides are fitted to frame 3 and 6 (frames 3&7 on the KF12) . This kit is a parts only assembly. The kit contains:

Tiller Bracket - This unit mounts on the motor shaft and accepts the steering cable sheave. The sheave slips on the post and requires no retainer. The steering cables are then routed aft of the two outside posts.

Pedal Sensor- The pedal sensor is constructed on the front of frame 2. It cannot be shipped as an assembled unit, so a parts kit is offered. The assembly construction is fully described in the manual. Two kits are required, one for each pedal. The kit contains:
1. Spring Support Bracket with nylon shoulder bushing.
2. Return spring
3. Coupling Nut 3/8-24 x 7/8 and Washer Parts Kit P/N 01-1029 $31.00
4. Switch Actuator arm and guidepost.
